It will be interesting to see where both campaigns are with cash on hand.
But it seems the Romney campaign will be able to outspend the Obama campaign in the final months, especially when you add in SuperPacs.
I suspect the actual Romney campaign will spend a lot on GOTV, registration and other ground operations that cant be done by the superpacs. He will rely on the superpacs to help dominate the TV war in September/October and for them to do the real negative stuff while his campaign focuses on trying to humanize Romney
