They need to get very loose with the cash on the organization and fast.


And their ads have to get better and more strategically focused. I would pull all the ads that are negative about the economy running and replace them with just one with line from I think the Washington Post saying it would be 2025 before unemployment returned to normal levels. Most people who are voting on the economy know that it sucks, and beyond warning them of the prospect that it could last a long time, you don't need to waist money telling them the obvious.

Referendum days are over, it is time to make Romney a plausible choice. The bulk of ads should focus on articulating what Romney wants to do and possibly restoring aspects of Romney's background as positives rather than negatives, which has already started to some extent with his record in Massachusetts in the "Believe in America" ad running. He needs to do more like that.

Lastly, he better give a superb acceptance speech and be in a position to exceed expectations in the debates.

Having a financial edge is one thing, but if it isn't spent right it is just Money for Nothing. Tongue
