That's what you say when your side has less money. Obama  would not be going nuts fundraising if it didn't matter.

Of course I would like for my candidate to have the most money but we really are getting to the point where it will be hard to spend any more money effectively in swing states. So a swing state voter sees 500 Romney ads and only 400 Obama ads before the election, BFD.
