I heard something today about an Australian expedition to rescue a sick American Scientist in Antartica.

Perhaps we should consider building an advanced medical facility down there to deal with such circumstances in our zone.

Wasn't expecting to miss yesterday, but even with the extra time, no one has open their traps on this so,

Senators this is now at final vote, please vote Aye, Nay or Abstain.

Had we been further along with the committees, we could have investigated the impact of this on foreign relations and other related issues that have recently been brought up here. Sadly, the timing didn't allow for it this.

2-2-1 is a tie vote and Kalwejt would get to break it.

I change my vote to Aye, but I do have some concerns. My hope is that SoEA Kalwejt will keep us and especially the National Security Committee abrest of events relating to this and if the need arises we can make changes.

Vote on Final Passage of the Antartic Incorporation Act:

Aye (4): Ben, Clarence, NC Yankee, Scott
Nay (4): Redalgo, sbane, Seatown and TJ in Cleve
Abstain (0):

Didn't Vote (2): Andrew joins up with Worms on his Farewell Tour

The vote is tied and thus the Vice President is required to break the tie, with time having elapsed.

Yankee, it's "Didn't Vote (1):", because we no longer have a Wormyguy in the Senate.

I have my reasons for doing that. He was a still a member when the vote started and thus could have voted right up until he was officially expelled.

Nobody is going to veto anything on this until a VP breaks the tie.
