Somewhat related: I think the person-hood initiative + the marijuana one makes it a bit harder for Romney in Colorado as he opposes legalization and supports person-hood initiatives.

Anyway, this is probably the right move on Coors' part. The initiative isn't going anywhere and isn't a very efficacious route to fighting abortion. That said, respecting voters' "decision" is fundamentally inane and a stupid argument.

I can assume all pro-choicers assault senior citizens with whom they disagree with, right? Or I could not assume that, because that's irresponsible and would display a stunning lack of cultural depth on my part.

Scott Roeder is not a representative of every person who identifies as pro-life. You strike me as a smart person, smart enough to understand and accept that.
