...and multiple news networks are reporting that Gary Johnson has won the Presidential Election.

Governor Gary Johnson (L-NM)/Judge Jim Gray (L-CA) - 37.3% 272 EVs
Governor Mitt Romney (R-MA)/Representative Paul Ryan (R-WI) - 28.8% 153 EVs
President Barack Obama (D-IL)/Vice President Joe Biden (D-DE) - 31.7% 113 EVs

how do you react?

(just go with it)

Immensely, immensely relieved that it isn't Romney. Disappointed that it's still an economic rightist.

Even though I'm no libertarian, this is one bandwagon I'd probably jump on.

Buy food and cooking supplies since the country will probably not last through the next week.

Excited about what it means for civil liberties, free enterprise, etc; cautiously hopeful about a new direction in foreign policy; but concerned about whether it's possible for him to work out a reasonable budget with congress.

There's no way Gary Johnson would win Idaho with 60%, considering the high Mormon population there. I'd contact their SoS immediately on suspicion of voter fraud.

He didn't touch the percentages.

Obama would still be President till January 21 (more than two months), you dolt.

What would I do? The immediate reaction is go to bed...more generally, it depends on the reasons Johnson's surged and whether or not he's captured my support. In either case, it's still very possible that some state gets overturned, and the election goes to the House, which elects Romney.
