Some of the Governors speeches earlier today have been dire, Mary Fallin's in particular was so wooden and emotionless.

I think everyone here agrees he did a good job, however, it is laughable when some call it one of the greatest speeches in modern political history. It wasn't even close to that,

It was not the best every, but it sets up Romney and Ryan to be forward looking.

The speech barely mentioned Romney.

Obama's in '04 barely mentioned Kerry too.

Romney is going to have to give the speech of his life to not get overshadowed by Ryan/Condi/Christie, as in, 'a thousand points of light' memorable. I'm not sure he can pull it off.
