Hillary stays out of the race due to health reasons and New York governor Andrew Cuomo runs successfuly for the Democratic nomination. Jeb Bush becomes the Republican nominee, after the field narrowed down sooner and Donald Trump had a meltdown. How does this election between two machine establishment guys end up?

Cuomo wins narrowly.

2020 is a good bet for Republicans.

323-215

Cuomo narrowly wins PA thanks to PA's proximity to NY.

I think Bush still wins pretty convincingly as Cuomo would be forgettable and would probably not really get the Democratic base out to vote.
