Romney 49
Obama 44

Great news! Class warfare doesn't work quite so well in a state of wealthies and conservative whites.

Bet PPP or survey USA would have Obama up 6 there at the moment. Makes no sense, and Gravis has no proven track record to deserve any benefit of doubt.

The typical forum response to anything that doesn't show the Democrats leading...oh it must not have any accuracy whats so ever!

Well based on recent trends in VA, it was less than 1% more Republican than the national average in 2008. Obama has led almost everything there this year with LESS of a national edge. Logic states VA didnt become 8-11 points more Republican after the DNC.

Without a track record, it's hard to determine if this poll is legit or not.

Is Gravis marketing linked to gravis capital partners who pour money into long term infrastructure projects.

so if there is a link maybe its in their interests for romney to be in power.

Weird. Gravis has a +4 Obama lead in Ohio, but a +5 Romney lead in Virginia.

I very much doubt both these States are diverging to such an extent in polling.

Yesterday republicans had a +10 poll from north carolina.
today republicans have a +5 poll from Virginia.

thats the talking points memo for the right wing. North carolina poll was one of the main headlines on realclearpolitics despite it being total junk.

No, it's because these dodos had Obama at only +2 in Pennsylvania and Nelson at only +1 in Florida.

Their releases indicate that they're hitting over a 1000 likely voters each day of polling. Even with robocalling, that's almost physically impossible in the age of 5-10% response rates.

Since you apparently didn't look up hypocrisy...

Be disgusted at the massive amount of voter fraud the Republicans will have perpetrated in order to get that close to 50% of the vote. No way that Romney beats Obama by that much in the PV without massive fraud, NO WAY.

How is that trolling? Even the right-wing hacks at RCP show Romney at only 45% and Obamamentum only continues to grow. There is no way that Romney comes close to winning the PV and no way he wins by Virginia - let alone is leading by 5 right now. Stop defending the right-wing trolls on this forum (they are numerous enough to take care of themselves) and move along.

OH MY GOD. Every freaking time a Gravis Marketing poll is posted, we have this same discussion.

For starters, the poster failed to post the real results:

Obama: 44.04%
Romney: 49.39%

POLLSTERS THAT USE DECIMAL POINTS ARE SH!T POLLSTERS.
