I remember reading somewhere Neville Chamberlain defeated Mosley by 77 votes in 1923(?).  What butterflies ensue?

So UK is unchanged?  Is there any realistic (obviously dystopia) scenario that puts Mosley in Number 10?  If possible prior to WW2?
