What did Tomblin do to become so popular after his narrow win last year? Last I checked, everyone in West Virginia is still living in a coal mine with no clean water.

Maloney didn't run against Tomblin in 2011, he ran against Obama.

A long time ago, clearly, because on my last drive through there, there was definitely electricity and hot water.

As someone who checks pretty frequently, I can confirm West Virginia has electricity, hot water, and the internet.

I did see a McDonalds employee who didn't have any teeth, however.
