Shame on him.

He should face up to it like a man instead of hiding behind a woman.

As President Harry Truman said, THE BUCK STOPS HERE.

With Obie, it's like a frat house - bros before hoes, duuude! And Obie's going to help his bankster bros out during the lame duck Congress by with a fire sale on Social Security.  Maybe Hillary would have an identical policy agenda, but her wing of the Democratic Party would actually hold her accountable for gutting the last of the New Deal; with BroBots, they actually prefer right-wing economic policy (planned joblessness, retroactive legalization of accounting control fraud, stealth bankster bailouts, health-insurance company bailouts, taxing work more than accumulated wealth, privatizing K-12, continued parasitism by the financial/higher-"education" complex, etc.), but derive their liberal credentials by bashing Christians and letting bros get married.  On foreign policy, Obie's has normalized and expanded Shrub's imperialism; liberals are wont to justify it now, just because the emperor isn't a pretend cowboy (bad press, bro!).

I'm slightly confused here.

Recent polls showing Obama losing in Maine CD-2, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and in serious trouble in Oregon, Georgia and Michigan

If Obama wins tonight, he can turn the tide

If he makes a draw, he can stop the bleeding but still lose badly in two weeks

If he wins, suddenly Arizona is in play

This guy is rapidly becoming my new favorite poster:

Intrade's not looking great tonight, probably because of today's polls.

Obama is currently below 55%.

This was explained already in another thread.

You don't understand.  Someone is selling Obama.  His numbers are dropping faster than Romney's are gaining.

You seem like a man who knows what he's talking about. So come straight with me - is there ANY chance Obama wins this election? Or should I just give up?

He'd still be President for three and a half months.  I know you would need that much time to plan a move, but not everybody does.

I know the election is a very, very tight race and could go either way very easily.  Do you think, though, that Barack and Michelle have a few things in boxes just in case they have to move out, or are they so confident they don't have anything packed, yet?  If they lose re-election on November 6, they will have 74 days until they have to be out.  Of course, if they win, they can unpack and put all the boxes back in the closet for 4 years.

these two from that thread are better.

Do you really spend time thinking about stuff like this?

Hilarious that this thread was literally asking the title question.

This is sick and unnecessary. Is there anyone in Missouri who hasn't heard this already?
Can't people go through their mail in peace without some disturbing auditory assault?

From what I understand from doctors, if the message is something which people legitimately don't want to hear, the human body has ways of shutting that whole thing down.

I think the Liberals losing the Northeast Senate seat to TPP is also worth mentioning. Tongue

And by "losing" do you mean handing the seat to them a silver platter? Tongue

While the Liberal Party did hand Nix the Northeast Senate seat on a platter, it was merely gilded with silver.
