I think we could do without the 'haha, homosexuality' jokes. If the word 'joke' is accurate, which I doubt.

I think understanding jokes of an actual quality is way beyond The Obamanation's intellectual capability.

The anti-royal family comments in this thread are disgusting and have all been reported.

Because Britain has spent almost 125 of the past 200 years (and counting) under the rule of women.

1979-1990 = rather less than 125 years.
Those years were so horrid that they count elevenfold.

Of course we do, that's half the fun. We also talk about how to make someones life miserable via internet forum since most of us are dead inside.

We also have measured to see whos junk is the biggest, but this giant length or width debate started between Badger and Inks. There are areas in there that are still burning and in shambles because of this. We've started to move on for the sake the forum and Dave.. but we know it's not over.

Who else gets irritated when someone (presumably accidentally) substitutes 'succession' for 'secession'?  Tongue
A little.  What annoys me more is when Republicans in states like Texas talk about secession because of Obama when it was Democrats who supported secession because of Lincoln.

So what you're saying is that you support democratic succession but not Democratic secession?

Two words popped into my head when I first saw this: Appalachian Trail.

Same here. Though I really don't want to know about the details if Brewer has that kind of scandal.

What scandal are you talking about? I assumed Keystone Phil meant she was walking the Appalachian Trail, but to be honest I think it takes like 2 months to walk that, not a week.

It might take you two months, others less than five minutes.

Context

Thanks, Seatown. Did you know that the Austin citizens like to play funny fantasy politics games? They seem to be very enthusiastic with a certain Obama, from a mythic land called USA. Who's that guy? Probably such hobbies are part of our venerable southern customs. In spite of the fact that I got a little time living here, I find them very interesting.

I'll give more details on my platform in following speeches, but feel free to ask anything Wink

Not sure if this has any legitimacy to it, but if Tony Danza runs I'll probably support him. Or Kelsey Grammar, if he runs.

Who would be some possibilities for those 16 votes?

Amash, Huelskamp, Schweikert, Jones and Gohmert are the five most likely suspects... I guess the next tier after that would be people like Jim Jordan, Mick Mulvaney, Tom McClintock and other rebellious members of the RSC: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republican_Study_Committee

Good God! That's like the cast of a cheap horror movie that takes place inside a Deep South insane asylum.

more I wonder who the Clarence-equivalent would be

....and if she'd be posting pictures of Chris Christie in every thread.

And of course the worst part about Cuomo is that he hasn't made a really good album since Pinkerton.

I wonder who Pacquiao would have voted for. Romney or Obama

Manny got knocked so far into the past his choices are Kennedy or Nixon.

We're definitely a 100 win team next season.

Napoli is a good signing, but I'm not sure about Victorino, and they're marginal moves at best. I can't see more than 85 wins, let alone 100.
