Can we get a bill where I don't have to pay for the military because as a Christian I don't want my tax dollars to go to the killing of innocent bystanders in Afghanistan and Pakistan?

I dont want my money going towards Killing Babies(Abortion) or Pointless Wars were innocents are killed(Iraq & Afghanistan) so lets not fund both.
