As of my vote, New York is tied between Obama and Johnson. Obama has a narrow lead in the EV.

I took the liberty of doing the coin-toss thing for all the currently tied states, and I got this:



If there was a three-way tie (as in VT), I rolled a die to see who went last, and it was Mitt in that instance. Johnson beat Obama and lost to Romney in the second round.
