No link yet. Romney 48. Obama 48, a one point gain for Romney since last PPP poll.

After reading over weekend that Obama Camp has already registered 250,000 voters in North Carolina, starting to think  Romney will need to be up at least 2 or 3 points heading into election day or he could get swamped again by Democratic /black turnout.
