This bill has some major flaws:
1) It limits responsibility to the Governor's predecessor, not predecessors.
2) It gives the Governor 60 days from when he swears in to update the wiki if his predecessor did not take action.  Technically, a reelected Governor's predecessor, when he swears in for a new term, is himself, so you could have Governors who get away with not updating the wiki under this bill.

Therefore, I suggest that we table this bill and use the language in the bill I introduced as our starting point: https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=162624.0
