Charlie Stuart, better known under his nick "King_of_England", was an obnoxious troll who repeatedly abused the rules, despite multiple warnings. At the end, he was permabanned by the Parliament.



Should we adopt the old English Terms of Service in order to improve this forum?

Actually, he was an admin who did that.

He thought he is an admin by some kind of "divine right of admins", but the moderators disagreed.
