Why this 3rd party candidate and not an other? Perfect example for why we should only have 2-candidates (with the rare exception of 3) in the debates.


Practically, an inclusive debate could be restricted to just the candidates with ballot access in enough states to theoretically win the election.
I *think* that would be exactly this list (counting recognized write-in status as ballot access). Plus Romney and Obama, of course.

They could easily do one debate of that type plus one frontrunners-only debate. That would make the most sense I think.
