No, I believe his point is that 'it's not possible' for anyone to think Obama and Romney could be anywhere near close on anything economic - the CNN poll is correct and this is bogus.

We can't dismiss this poll, just add it into the batch with the rest of them. That said, you'd think Romney would be trying harder in WI if it was really this close.

That would be why Green Bay is the top media advertising market and Madison is 5th.
