At least he doesn't seem to be pushing the narrative that he will adopt them, citing Kenyan law as he did in a previous post. For a while there, he was convinced god would allow him to adopt these kids regardless of what Kenyan law said.

You need 30 minutes of cardio minimum to start losing weight, and even then you're not doing much. Of course, someone BushOK's size who usual does no exercise may benefit from starting light. I have no idea.
