Sure, he will - just like Baby Shrub, Daddy Shrub, Ronnie Ray-gun, Nixon...

He'll also repeal Romneycare ... lulz.

Queue the quadrennial SCOTUS scare!
They really shouldn't pull this trick out until the last week, b/c people might just think long enough to figure out:

Nevermind 7 of the 9 justices appointed by Repub presidents didn't.  The trajectory of the last 40 years is undeniable:  "Cultural" hedonism (vs. a doomed backlash from rent-seeking "family" "values" Repub veal pins) and economic darwinism (vs. a doomed/corrupted backlash from rent-seeking labor union Dembot veal pins).  Pwogwess!

Because the emperor's party is predictive of justices decisions...  Souter, Roberts ...

They won't pull the trigger.

Of course, if i we're still a Dem, I'd need to create some sort of distinction b/w my "opponents" on "peace" drones, bank bailouts, health insurance company bailouts, etc.  The "cultural" cues provide a decent stand-in, i suppose...
