Ginsburg is not going to last four more years. So a Romney victory would mean the end of Roe v. Wade and a number of states quickly moving to completely ban abortion.

Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Roberts would all vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. Romney would surely find a nominee to replace Ginsburg that had a history of opposing it as well.
