Romney 49.7%(+1 from mid-October)
Obama 48.8% (+1)
Undecided 1.6%

October 24; 1,182 LV; MoE +/- 2.8%.

Gravis Marketing's initial key findings don't have decimals, and they typically don't include them (they didn't for the mid-October poll).  They only included decimals at the end of their blog entry, probably to show that 1 point was really almost 1 point.
