Actually it was postive just last month at 45-41 overall.

Two months ago the strongly approve outnumbered the strongly disapprove.

Just two months ago it was a complete inverse of these numbers.

August:
Total Approve: 62%
Unsure: 15%
Total Disapprove: 23%

July:
Total Approve: 82%
Unsure 5%
Total Disaprove: 13%

The Senate has lost 20% every month.
