Ooooo, I like this. Shame I can't see any of the sub samples, but if the general rule for Rassy holds here (and it should probably), Obama should be just into that nice and safe zone here of ~7.

(Also: >50%. Big deal stuff to get over the halfway mark.)

I think Romney is at, or almost, his ceiling in PA... it shows to me the very different tasks for each campaign/candidate... Romney needs to convince people to vote FOR him, Obama needs to get his people out to VOTE.
