Our new Colorado poll finds Barack Obama leading 51-47, up a tick from our one last week that had him up 50-47

Considering PPP has been the best Colorado pollster in 2008,2010 and Dems tend to overperform polling averages here and in Nevada, I think this has legs to it unlike NC where Romney is still likely up a few.

The history of Dems underpolling is fairly established in NV, but in CO?

Yeah, its not as extreme as in NV but everything had  Buck winning the Senate race in 2010 and Obama overperformed polls by about 4 in 2008.
