It will be 4:00 am MST when I wake up on Election Morning, so I will say between 6:00-8:59 am EST.  I plan to be on by 4:30 (6:30).

Fifth choice, but on and off throughout the day as time allows, then focus on the returns on TV, and if Obama's going to win (i.e., if they call VA and / or OH for O) I'm probably headed to a watch party with a couple bottles of Cabernet!
