Romney 49.01%/239 EV

Romney is thought to have won the popular vote until the final Hawaii precincts report Wednesday morning.  NC is unexpectedly closer than Florida.

Maybe.  I'm thinking the storm holds down rural turnout in both states, which would swing NH to Romney and VA to Obama relative to what would otherwise happen.  It could also cause a bit of an Obama gain in NC.

I'm more optimistic than I was yesterday. I think Ohio could be slowly moving back to true toss-up. And I still believe that if Romney does win Ohio, he will more than likely have enough EVs to become president.
