Mellman is a D pollster. They nailed Nevada the last two elections. But that may not apply to normal states.

As far as I know they're a (D), but I don't remember people saying that they're awful outside of a house effect of some sort...Nate Silver weights them at 3/5 in their last FL poll.

Would seem to confirm the consensus... and that Rasmussen continues to troll with his endless string of outliers.

So... because these guys are liberal operatives, then I assume you're happy to dismiss all the polling from conservative pollsters?

I don't think he likes to make posts where his post-template cannot be hastily applied.

Imagine I'm krazen for a second.

Terrible news!

There.

Anyway, Ohio being 'somewhere between O+5 and R+2 and probably slightly closer to the former end' at this point is an outlook I'm inclined to be distinctly willing to accept.

Somebody say this was Harry Reid's pollster? That's. . . good. Real good.

I know Mellman had Obama up 51%-43% here two weeks ago and most of the insiders said it was too high.  Obama was never up "10" in Ohio, it was more like five or six.
