I think that it would be ridiculous at this point to unleash a sex scandal unless there is video proof at this point.  My guess is it's one of the VPs: Biden or Ryan and its not going to do anything. (Please be wrong and let it be Obama and powerful...)

Drudge always loses it when it gets close to election day, especially if it looks like his side is losing. Remember how hard he pushed the Ashley Todd story in 2008, even after it became obvious that the whole thing was a hoax? I'd take this as a positive sign for Obama's reelection.

I think the guess for a Congressional candidate is a good guess, maybe a high level aid or nothing? Most likely I'm thinking this is nothing.
