This is pretty close to what I expect out of the state, though I was thinking more like 7% or so. Obama will probably be somewhat weaker in the Philadelphia suburbs this time, unless the Southwest part of the state has really swung hard against him. Romney's decision to visit the state really puzzles me and it reminds of McCain's decision in 2008 to a certain extent. I think it shows that they're very worried about the electoral math.
