Romney is going to win Florida, I think there are enough polls that do suggest that . Just as you can't subtract 5% from every PPP poll like J.J. thinks..you can't only trust them against all contrary evidence.

Not quite, and a rule of thumb is just that.

My problem is trying to figure out how much is PPP off.  I think it is back to above D +3, but I don't know how much above +3.

IA should never have repolled Florida or Georgia.  Their first polls of both states were reasonably good: O+3 and R+9 respectively.  Their second polls were utter disasters tho: R+5 and R+21 respectively.
