Absentee Ballots, actually. The Democratic areas of Palm Beach County are not in this district.

The areas of Palm Beach in this district might not be super Democratic like the ones in the three Jewish districts in the Hastings district, but they still have a Dem lean.  Obama carried these areas twice as did Gore and even Kerry.
