95% in 2008 vs 93% in 2012

I think Democrats need to be careful about bleeding black voters to the GOP

Based on actual results, I wonder if its not higher than 93 percent. Numerous nearly all black precincts in Washington DC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago,  where Obama won with 99 percent of the vote, same as last time.  93 could be a bit low, but who knows for sure.

I don't see what's the big deal? 93% is still great of course he was going to lose some did you know republicans said blacks are so lazy that they really thought black enthusiasm would be  down they were projecting atleast 80 percent black vote for Obama. They were fooled. Blacks came out in droves and helped Obama carry VA FL OH PA

You're the true troll. You spend 3 ungodly long movies taking the ring to Mt. Doom and at the end you suddenly decide you want to keep the ring and screw everyone over? Thank God Gollum was there to bite your hand off.

Didn't you say you'd leave if Romney did better in Utah than Obama in Hawaii?  Well, it happened.  So why don't you stop wasting everyone's time and leave already?

Since the election, the majority of your posts have been coming after Mister Twister. The results have not been certified yet. There is still time for me to win the bet once the absentee/provisional ballots come in from Utah and Hawaii.

Yeah, I don't see why he's still using that account. He said he'd stop posting unless Obama does better in Hawai'i than Romney in Utah, and while he got scarily close to winning that bet, he lost it.

I have variuos GOP hacks on ignore, simply because they are incredibly boring. I'm considering Mr. Twister; nothing personal, I find him a bit tedious as well. Anyways the "black vote collapse" can work well as a joke if the joker is good enough.

While I know this isn't supposed to be a serious thread, it is sort of interesting to note where the "collapse" came from according to the exit polls:

Black women voted exactly the same way as they did in 2008, giving Obama a monstrous 96%-3% margin.

However, Obama really did suffer a big drop when it came to black male support. He won them 95%-5% in 2008 but only carried them by 87%-11% this year.

That really is pretty damn significant. Not sure if I buy the exit poll on that one.

Black women were about the same, if not higher, in their support of Obama, and they turned out in massive numbers this year.

To be fair, dealing with trauma of the post-Romney world must be very hard for Winfield.
