Is ... some days before December 17th, when the electors vote? Is that correct? Does anyone have a list with actual deadlines per state?

SC law gives the election commission ten days to do the certification, tho they are scheduled to meet on Wednesday, which is eight days later.  Protests must be filed within five days of the certification. The commission must hear any protests no sooner than five days after it is file and no later than twenty-five days.  So we should be finished no later than 14 December, but if certification gets pushed back by delays from the mess in Richland County, it could be as late as the 16th without any deadlines being broken.
