Thank you Mr. Speaker.
I proposed this bill because the Pacific right now has the highest unemployment in the nation and we are in dire need of help. I believe this bill will help get money flowing into our economy by increasing both supply and demand here in this region. However I am open to new ideas from the Council and the Governor to help us get back in track.
