Traditionally this county has been fairly close, unlike the rest of the Eastern Shore (the GOP's base in Maryland). Though it's not showing in most of the news sites, it shows an Obama victory on the Atlas website. Who actually won, and why did it swing Democratic (if it did)?

I noticed a similar issue with Centre, PA; most places have Romney winning it by about 20 votes, Atlas has it going for Obama by about 150 votes.

The results on the Atlas are consistent with the MD and PA SoS webpages. In all likelihood, the news sites aren't keeping up to date.

Somerset, MD is over 40% black, so it's surprising McCain won it in the first place, but makes sense for it to be one of the few places to swing towards Obama.
