I think you counted the votes wrong. Cuomo got 4 votes for elimination - whereas Villaraigosa got 3 - so Cuomo should be eliminated along with Patrick (4). The safe/immunity is from next round onwards. That's standard survivor practice and you didn't wrote otherwise.

Andrew Cuomo is no longer safe. For this round, vote to eliminate two and vote to save one (they will be safe for two rounds).

You didn't write the two next rounds, but that is the way survivors are always played.

I have everything corrected on the first page. The candidate who receives the most immunity votes will be safe for the round of voting as well as the next two - that's the way I used to operate survivors, and I don't really want to change course midstream.

Thank you for noticing the error on the elimination rounds, though; I got a little confused mid-way through updating the first page, so I'm not surprised there is a mistake there.
