Three days. Also, complete FF. Any friend of civil liberties is a friend of mine, other various political disagreements aside.

Will almost certainly be the best new Senator of 2013.

IDK, for me it's probably Flake or Heitkamp.

The HP votes surprise me. I'd think anyone who has voted against the PATRIOT Act in all its forms, the NDAA,  SOPA, and the Iraq War would be an FF by anyone's standards.

No kidding, also it's nice to see that someone else thinks civil liberties issues are really important Smiley

I think Nathan's description of my view of Baldwin still holds:

...there are any number of levels on which Baldwin is really not his kind of Democrat.

Still, I'm not going to go as far as a HP vote though.

A worthy replacement of the great Russ Feingold, though I'd prefer he still held his seat as well of course.

FF. She and the two other ladies (Warren and Heitkamp) were the only candidates in 2012 cycle I was actually enthusiastic about.

Don't worry Miles, I don't think she's a staunch liberal. I heard she loves Bush.

She seems like a legitimately decent human being, and thus an exciting Senatorial prospect. I have hopes that she can simply accomplish just one positive project in her career in the face of extreme opposition to cognizant progress.
