Still predicting earthquakes where earthquakes happen every year heh?  Alaska and Turkey don't regularly get 7+, but the rest do.

My predictions:
Gun control nuts will proudly pass more legislation that does nothing to prevent the things they want to prevent.  Yes, just like last time.
Gun nuts will buy way too many guns.
Crime will remain low, people will still be scared for no reason, Euros and gun control nuts will still feel superiour for no reason.
There will, again, be no Jewish or American boots on the ground in Iran.  No matter how much the anti-Zionists want there to be.  Iran will continue to export terrorism and aggression, it will still be ignored by the anti-Zionists.
There will be an internet fad that is stupid.
There will be a clothing trend that is stupid.
Work will be done for the day and this list wont be complete!

I'm not in the business of predictions, but here are mine:

1. The Bush tax cuts will expire and America will enter a double-dip recession
2. Chris Christie will be reelected and Terry McAuliffe will be elected governor of Virginia
3. The 49ers will beat the Falcons in the NFC championship and win the Super Bowl
4. A series of bad CGI-animated films will be released
5. Iran will obtain a nuclear weapon and try to use it on Israel
6. The CDU will win federal elections in Germany
7. The US will suffer a credit downgrade from at least one agency
8. Reince Priebus will be reelected RNC chairman
9. Mitch McConnell will announce his retirement
10. The national debt will reach $20 trillion
11. Unemployment will return to above 8%
12. Lincoln, Hunger Games, Les Miserables, and The Dark Knight Rises will all be nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars
13. David Cameron will face a major scandal and/or resign as British PM

I don't want to make any death-related predictions because I don't want to be sad.

A year from now, it'll be interesting to look back on these predictions, see how accurate they were, and laugh at the ones that were wrong.

Are all of these movie-related predictions meant to be jokes?

- The Hunger Games won't be ANYWHERE near Best Picture (infact, any Oscar, besides an outside chance at song) and while Les Mis will do well in nominations, I don't think it's winning any biggie (outside of maybe Hathaway)

Although I think Jennifer Lawrence might get a Best Actress nomination.

Yes. But that'll be for the Silver Linings Playbook, not Hunger Games.

IDK on 2013, but here's my top 5 predictions for 2014:

1. The 2014 Winter Olympics will take place in Sochi, Russia.

2.  Debt will rise to 18.5 trill.

3. Congress is suguessting for fracking of oil in the Dakota's

4. Midterms will make the House stay Rep. and the Senate will tie. (Or Rubio will win reelection)

5. The Atlas Forum makes a special orginisation to find Kyle Mercado and his sock's, He's found, and swears that he will never return to the Forum again. If so, they will continuously delete his posts, and tries to take down his profile. (Tounge in cheek, but I hope this happens in 2013)
