I think Alcons got at least some Native American blood in him and I would vote for him, so I suppose I would.

How Native American? If you mean someone who wants their land back, hell no.

They stole it from each other before we ever arrived.   It's no ones, really, especially not some catagorical ethnic group.

Ever wonder how the iroquois league managed to rule an area as vast as theirs with as few as 5 tribes?  Hint: It ain't because they were so nice everyone else living there decided to give them the land.

I voted yes. If they agree with me on the issues and have the same moral values as I do, than absolutely.

I don't see why not.  There is nothing inherently bad or good about being Native American.

Yeah I'd vote for a Native American as long as they're somewhere close to my ideology.

Ethnicity is a pretty stupid criterion to worry about when electing a President, so I don't care either way.

Ethnicity has nothing to do with my choices for any office.

Yes... acctually, when I took the Senate allignment test, about two years ago, it indicated that the Senator I was politically closest to was Ben Nighthorse Campbell.

Wouldn't a Native American candidate HAVE to win out of PC courtesy?

Just like blacks, Hispanics, and women win every race they run in?

The difference, in this case, is though that the natives would have more of a reasonable right to rule what was once theirs. I suppose you could apply that argument to saying that a Hispanic running for, say, governor of NewMexico would have to win by default.

Yes, of course, as long as he did at least an okay job at being President.  You see, I don't care what race the President is, at all, the only thing that matters is what they're going to do in office.

I hope you're joking...
