I understand the point he was trying to make, that the victims of Sandy need quicker aid, but I must say I'm a bit offended.

Badly worded comment, but in fairness Reid was talking about the economic damage (which might come very close to Katrina when its all set and done), the amount of people impacted as it hit a much heavier populated area, and the lack of aid since House Republicans sit with a big up their ass.
