Comrades, I have decided to refound the Cultural Marxist Party of Atlasia. The Party stands for Cultural Marxism, which is defined as Marxism-Leninism-Sibbolethism.

If you want to join, submit a request to do so here and the politburo will get back to you pretty quickly. The CMPA is not a normal party - members should not register with the bourgeois authorities and may remain members of conventional parties.

But what exactly is a bretzel?

A bretzel, from Medieval Latin *brachiatellum, from diminutive of Latin bracchium (“arm”) : named for the appearance of arms folded in prayer. In High German, it realized into the word "Brezel", still in use today, and "bretzel" is the Alsacian, and thus the French used form.

However, the word "pretzel" that you used seemingly has experienced the second consonant shift somewhere between the 4th and 8th centuries. It is however difficult to tell, because in that case it would be the form in use in Hochdeutsch, and Niederdeutsch tongues would have kept a form in "b". Some dialects of Mittelhochdeutsch and Oberdeutsch seem to have derived to the initial "p" and the word was exported from those dialects to English at some point in time where it was sanctified to be exposed at the face of the world as the true trueness.

But it's Brezel ! Or, as I say it, bretzel.
