It's worth noting, just for clarity, that a motion from Kerry County Council supporting amendments to Irish drink driving laws has no more standing than a motion from the Atlas Forum community on the same subject.
Motion seconded.

Let's see if our motion gets as much attention in Ireland as the son and brother's.
