Eastern Poland, since it includs Warsaw.
Eastern Poland wasn't founded on ethnic cleansing (or if it was, it didn't occur in the 20th century), so Eastern Poland.
I'm not a fan of explusion, but you need to consider the time. After what the Germans did from 1939 to 1945 it was darn small price for them to pay. You can play high morality from safe time and geographic distance now, but you really have no clue. Also, using the term "ethnic cleansing", which is mostly used in terms of genocide, is rather poor, suggesting the Germans in Western Poland suffered something similar to extermination.
Also implying that Western Poland was German is only partialy correct, considering large number of in Prussia and Silesia, as well as predomiately Polish character of Greater Poland.
