Rubio 37.4%
Daniels 9.9%
Jindal 8.2%
With only one candidate breaking into double digits, I imagine it was an open ended ballot, where they just give you a blank piece of paper and you write down the name, rather than selecting from a pre-ordained list of options.
But I don't know for sure....nor can I find the #s for 4th, 5th, 6th, etc. place anywhere.
