So...that's a weird electoral map.

So, if we give all of tied states & states with no votes to the party that won them IRL, the map looks like this:

I can't think of any situation that would cause this map... Maybe a populist-leaning Democrat vs. a moderate Republican that bribed the voters in D.C.?
