I am frantically preparing to support anyone who isn't Hillary or Cuomo in the Democratic primaries in four years.

Why? She is a progressive AND she does well with the Appalachian red neck-ish types you want to win so much.

Second part is probably true, first part is plainly false.

Why is the first part false? Obviously her decision to vote to attack Iraq was a mistake, and the reason why I supported Obama in the primary, but otherwise what else does she disagree with Obama and the Democratic party on?

Obama is progressive now?

I don't disagree with Obama from the left, no (with the exception of healthcare perhaps, but I don't really look at it ideologically, just practically).

Am I the only one who was looking for another option other than Hillary in 2008, but am now supporting her for 2012.

You are certainly not alone.

Kos would be so proud!

The Daily Kos is going to feel so weird to read if Hillary becomes president...

That trash is already unreadable. EmoProgs are only topped by Tea Party "Patriots" in their irrationality.

So there are others who are now supporting her for an election which took place last year, when she wasn't on the ballot?

Because compromise and moderation have accomplished so much in the past.

Hey, more than outright hackery. You're pretending that any of that site's ridiculous standards are attainable.

But really, are you actually gonna canvas from door to door for Martin O'Malley if he's all that's left between Hillary getting the nomination?

It's still very early, but this is promising.  If she runs, she'll likely have my support.

If the former does run, you'll be a lone voice on the Democratic side. Have fun supporting O'Malley.

I'll join him. IDK how I feel about Mrs. "brain of a conservative, heart of a liberal". It's still not too late for Warren or a wildcard.
Wasn't that because she grew up in a very middle-class household?

Just what will you look like when YOU get old ?..... #hateful. I believe she is aging gracefully but has had a difficult past couple of years. She needs some rest and she will be fine.

She doesn't age well, that is clear.  I shudder to think what she will look like after four years in the White House, let alone eight....   Tongue

Not that it matters -once she wins the nomination (and has proven she still has the stamina, despite her age), she will have my full support.  And she will continue to have it if she decides to run for a second term.

Are you out of your doggone mind??? The woman is beautiful... who else has flowing locks like that at 65? The aura she presents has to be worth a few points, also...

Whatever you say -beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  Just not in mine...  You may observe  that all the images on my profile that portray Hillary are of 2007-2009 vintage.  And no later.

I don't think we'll have an age 35-50 female president before we have one one that is 50-70 age. I suspect voters will want a candidate with a large resume and depth of experience.
