It's scheduled for 9pm ET, which is 2am GMT.

There will be an "enhanced" version of the speech with added graphics on the White House website.

I seriously doubt you'll get the Republican response there tho.  I'd expect C-SPAN at the very least to have a feed and probably plenty of other sites as well.

Good speech so far. It really completes his inaugural speech well (the first laying out ideals, this one setting a concrete agenda in support of these ideals).
